Winter Weather Alert: Snowfall Expected Throughout the Week

A clipper system will bring snowfall to Minnesota on Monday night, with snow showers developing in the northwestern part of the state and spreading to central and southeastern areas. Snowfall totals will generally be around an inch or less, with some pockets of locally higher amounts. The week will continue to be cold, with temperatures below normal, but a warming trend is expected by the end of the week, bringing temperatures closer to normal with highs in the upper 40s to near 50 in southern Minnesota.
