Winter Storm Sweeps Across US, Bringing Snow, Floods, and Strong Winds

The National Weather Service predicts heavy snowfall in parts of New Mexico, Colorado, and the Plains, with up to 4 to 10 inches of snow expected in northeastern New Mexico and southeastern Colorado. The San Juan and Sangre de Cristos mountains may see over a foot of snow. Southeast and east central New Mexico will experience abundant rain, while South Florida faces the risk of flash flooding due to heavy downpours and several inches of rain.
