Weekend Warm-Up: From Chilly to Pleasant.

Thursday will be cold with lingering clouds and morning snow showers in northeast Minnesota, but expect sunshine south. It’ll be windy through the morning statewide before a rapid warmup this weekend. Friday will already bring significant improvement with highs near 50 in southern Minnesota with more sunshine. The real jump in temperatures occurs next week with a major ridge of warmth and a dry weather pattern. Highs Monday will reach the 70s south and 60s into even northeastern Minnesota.
