Texas Braces for Severe Weather Threat This Week

Another round of spring storms is expected in the Brazos Valley area of Texas, with a conditional severe potential on Tuesday and a more likely round on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The storms on Wednesday night could bring severe wind gusts in excess of 60mph, while the threat of hail is lower. Heavy rain is also likely, with 1-3 inches expected before Thursday morning. Thursday and Friday afternoons are expected to be clear, with another batch of non-severe storms possible on Friday night into early Saturday.
