"Severe Storms Bring Tornadoes and Flooding Across Southern US"

A deadly storm system has caused widespread flooding, over a dozen tornadoes, and power outages across the eastern US, with flood advisories active from North Carolina to Maine and in parts of New York, West Virginia, and Ohio.
