Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky are facing a triple threat of weather alerts, with Excessive Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories in effect for Thursday and Friday, along with the possibility of severe storms. The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe T-Storm Watch for certain areas in Kentucky, and nearly the entire WKRN News 2 viewing area is under a level 2 Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms.
