Rainy Weekend Ahead for Metro Detroit and West Michigan

Metro Detroit can expect mostly cloudy skies with a chance of patchy light rain today, while more widespread rain is expected on Friday, particularly in the northern part of the region and the Thumb. Saturday will bring steady and heavy rain, along with gusty winds. The rain will become more scattered on Sunday as the low pressure system moves out of the area.
