Missing Tennessee Hikers Found Safe in Alaska After Intensive Search

A Tennessee couple who went missing while hiking in Alaska has been found alive after a desperate search. Jonas Bare, 50, was spotted by hikers near Chena Hot Springs Resort and led rescuers to his visually impaired wife, Cynthia Hovesepian, 37, who relies on a cane. The couple had become disoriented by the 20 hours of sunlight in Alaska during this time of year. The rescue operation took about three hours, and their condition has not been released.
