Victim's loved ones speak out after fatal explosion at Newburyport plant.

Family and friends are mourning the loss of 61-year-old Jack O’Keefe, an Army veteran who died in a violent explosion at the Seqens pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Four other workers were injured and taken to local hospitals. The building suffered major structural damage, and firefighters and rescue crews were unable to enter until Thursday evening. Seqens has a history of safety violations and has been fined at least $168,000 for violating safety laws dating back to 2015. The company is working with investigators to determine the cause of the explosion.
