Remembering the Woman Killed in RV Fire During Winter Storm

A 40-year-old mother tragically died in an RV fire after a tree fell onto it during a severe winter storm in Portland. Despite efforts to save her, the downed power lines made it difficult for firefighters to extinguish the flames.
