Multiple kayaking tragedies strike families across the US.

The search for a father and son from Kansas City who went missing while kayaking on Beaver Lake in Arkansas is now considered a recovery mission. The Benton County Sheriff's Office found one kayak and a jacket in the area where they were searching. Chuck Morris, the father, is a percussionist with the band Lotus, which has created a GoFundMe that has raised nearly $90,000 for the family. The band said that while they are deeply grieving, they plan to celebrate Chuck and Charley's lives and memories.
