Marion County Sheriff's Deputy and Son Attacked by Dog, Deputy Killed.

A Marion County Sheriff's Office deputy, Tamieka White, died protecting her young son during a dog attack in her home. The dog was fatally shot by a responding officer. White served as a deputy sheriff with the agency since 2007. She was a mother and a bright light to everyone who knew her.
