Fatal E-Bike Collision: Police Identify Victim on Highway 590

A man identified as Dylan Clark, 31, was hit and killed while riding an electric bicycle on Interstate 590 in Brighton, New York. The incident occurred when Clark, wearing dark-colored clothing, was struck by a northbound car while riding in the center lane.
