Kansas City Community Unites to Honor Officer Jonah Oswald

Law enforcement and community members from around Kansas City gathered to honor Officer Jonah Oswald, who was killed in the line of duty while responding to a car chase. The Parade of Blue took place in Overland Park, Fairway, and Prairie Village, with police and first responders from various departments participating. The parade route passed through several locations before ending at Harmon Park, where a candlelight vigil was held. One suspect was killed in the shooting, while another is in custody and facing charges. Oswald is survived by his wife and two young children.
