"5 Pride Celebrations Across the US in 2023"

Northwest Arkansas Pride 2023 kicked off in Fayetteville with hundreds of people gathering to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. Festivities included the NWA Trans March, the 2023 NWA Pride Parade & Festival, live music, and special guests. The events are even more important this year as new legislation has been passed in Arkansas that targets the trans community. The Fayetteville Police Department has dedicated significant effort to training its officers on LGBTQ and other diversity and inclusion matters.
