Sexual Assault Allegations Surround Former Top Producer at Fox News

Andrew Delancey, a former Fox News employee, has filed a lawsuit against Justin Wells, the former executive producer of "Tucker Carlson Tonight," accusing him of sexual assault and harassment that allegedly occurred in 2008. The lawsuit also names Fox News and its parent company as defendants. Delancey claims that Wells assaulted him in his apartment and later in the building's stairs, and that Wells hindered his career advancements when he refused his sexual demands. Wells denies the allegations, and Tucker Carlson dismissed the lawsuit, stating that it was filed 15 years after the incident. Fox News has faced numerous lawsuits regarding workplace harassment in the past.
