The special counsel investigating former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents has subpoenaed the Trump Organization for potential business dealings with multiple foreign countries, including China, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman. The subpoena seeks documents dating back to 2017. The Trump Organization has declined to comment, and the office of special counsel Jack Smith has not yet responded to a request for comment. Trump had pledged to separate himself from his company's foreign business dealings while in office.
