The case is deciding whether Trump directed Michael Cohen to secretly pay hush money in 2016 to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about her and the then-presidential candidate's affair. All signs are pointing to Trump being indicted as early as later Monday and then turning himself in as soon as Tuesday. If found guilty, he could face up to four years behind bars.
