Special Counsel David Weiss, who is leading the investigation into Hunter Biden, is scheduled to appear for a closed-door transcribed interview before the House Judiciary Committee on November 7. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan has been negotiating with the Justice Department to have Weiss and other federal prosecutors involved in the Hunter Biden investigation testify publicly before the committee. Weiss was appointed as special counsel in August and has already charged Hunter Biden with multiple firearm-related offenses. The interview comes amidst House Republicans' impeachment inquiry against President Biden.
