Prosecutors claim to have recording of Trump and witness in criminal case.

Prosecutors in the criminal case against former President Donald Trump have disclosed to his attorneys a recording of a conversation between Trump and a witness, according to an automatic discovery form made public by the Manhattan District Attorney's office. Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsification of business records for alleged payments made as part of a "hush money" scheme. The trial is scheduled to begin on March 25, 2024.
