Prominent conservative declares: Republican Party no longer exists

He also dismissed potential legal defenses for Trump, stating that criminal charges against him prevent a First Amendment defense. Luttig testified at the January 6 committee hearings and called Trump a danger to American democracy, emphasizing that he views Trump as an even greater danger today due to his ongoing false claims about the election.
