President Joe Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will travel to Atlanta next week to attend the memorial service of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter, who passed away at the age of 96. Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will also be in attendance. The service will be held at Glenn Memorial Church at Emory University in Atlanta, followed by a funeral procession to Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia, and a private interment at the Carter family residence. The public is welcome to line the motorcade route, but must respect private property and park in designated areas.
