Oath Keeper turns on leader in Capitol riot investigation.

Roberto Minuta, an Oath Keeper who participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, criticized the group's founder, Stewart Rhodes, for turning the organization into a "political 'rah-rah Trump' disaster" that led members into criminal activity. Minuta was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for seditious conspiracy. He apologized for his actions and expressed remorse, but the judge found his violent intentions in the weeks preceding Jan. 6 to be clear. Rhodes and another Oath Keeper were previously sentenced to 18 and 12 years in prison, respectively, for their roles in the riot.
