Epps denied working for the FBI or federal law enforcement in a private deposition with the House committee that investigated January 6. His attorney has demanded a formal retraction and on-air apology for the lies spread about Epps on the channel. The legal notice comes at a precarious time for Fox News, which is being sued for $1.6 billion in a monster defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems.
