Ken Paxton Takes Legal Action Against Texas House Impeachment Managers

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton intends to file criminal complaints against the group of state representatives who led his impeachment, accusing them of releasing his personal information in violation of a new state law. Paxton is urging local prosecutors in each district to investigate the alleged criminal offenses committed by the 12 House representatives. Last month, Paxton was acquitted of corruption and bribery charges in the Senate after being impeached by the House in May.
