Indictment Ties Siblings to Explosive Device Left at MacDill AFB

Federal prosecutors indicted siblings Alen Zheng and Ann Mary Zheng for involvement with an improvised explosive device found outside MacDill Air Force Base; Ann Mary Zheng is charged with evidence tampering and helping her brother flee, while Alen Zheng faces counts for damage to government property by explosion, making and possessing a destructive device. Alen fled to China and remains at large; Ann Mary is in custody. Investigators say the device could have been deadly.
