Hunter Biden's Second Amendment Defense Amid DOJ Probe and SCOTUS Ruling

Hunter Biden's lawyers have reportedly told the DOJ that they will challenge the law under the Second Amendment if their client is charged with possessing a firearm as a drug user. Biden is under investigation by the Justice Department, which includes a 2018 gun purchase when he was a regular cocaine user. Federal law prohibits drug users from owning guns, but a Supreme Court ruling last year that essentially broadened Second Amendment protections puts that prohibition into question.
