Hunter Biden Seeks Dismissal of Gun Charges Amidst Political Pressure

Hunter Biden's lawyers have filed motions to dismiss federal firearms charges against him, arguing that the charges are unconstitutional and violated a diversion agreement. The agreement, which required Biden to refrain from drug and alcohol use and prohibited firearm possession, is claimed to be legally binding and still valid. The government argues that the agreement collapsed in July. Biden was indicted in September on three felony counts related to his purchase of a firearm while being a drug user.
