Gold Star Dad Arrested for Heckling Biden at State of the Union

Rep. Dean Phillips defended Gold Star dad Steve Nikoui, whose son was killed in Afghanistan, after he was arrested for heckling President Biden during the State of the Union address. Phillips questioned why Nikoui was arrested when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene wasn't for her outbursts. Nikoui's protest referenced the Abbey Gate attack in Afghanistan that claimed his son's life. Capitol Police arrested him for crowding, obstructing, or incommoding, prompting calls for the charges to be dropped.
