Rep. George Santos has hired Jason D. Boles, who was Marjorie Taylor Greene's campaign treasurer, as the treasurer for his own campaign finance committees. This comes after Santos' previous treasurer, Andrew Olson, failed to respond to queries or messages, prompting a watchdog group to file a complaint alleging that Olson does not exist. Santos has faced controversy over fabricating his education, work history, and Jewish heritage, as well as a 13-count federal indictment. Dickinson Wright, the law firm assisting Santos in matters before the FEC, has also dropped him as a client.
