Former US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales stated in an interview that former President Donald Trump "should serve time" if he is convicted on federal charges related to his attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Gonzales believes that if Trump is successfully prosecuted, it would be fair for him to go to prison.
