DOJ probes Rep. Crow over video urging troops to refuse illegal orders

Democratic Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado was contacted by the Justice Department for an interview regarding a 90-second video he helped produce with fellow lawmakers urging U.S. service members to refuse illegal orders; the FBI has also sought interviews, and other participants—including Sen. Elissa Slotkin, Sen. Mark Kelly, and Reps. Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander and Chrissy Houlahan—are under scrutiny. Slotkin says Pirro sought to interview her, and the Pentagon opened a misconduct review into Kelly, with Defense Secretary Hegseth announcing a possible retirement-pay downgrade; Kelly has sued to block the actions, while Crow argues the move is political retaliation and vows to uphold his oath.
