The DNC has deemed the New Hampshire event as "detrimental" and non-binding, advising against its use for delegate selection and urging candidates not to participate. This dispute arises amidst attempts to restructure the primary calendar to better reflect the party's diversity, a move supported by President Biden and the DNC. Despite the criticism, New Hampshire Democratic Party’s chair, Raymond Buckley, indicates they will persist with their plans.
