Lori Stone will advance to the November general election for mayor of Warren, Michigan's third largest city. They emerged as the top two vote-getters in the primary, with Dimas receiving 33.7% and Stone receiving 27.7% of the vote. City Council President Patrick Green, a Fouts critic, finished third.
