DeSantis and Disney clash over board power and gun laws.

Governor Ron DeSantis has ordered an investigation into the agreement made between the previous Board of Supervisors of the former Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID) and Walt Disney World. The agreements gave Disney wide-ranging powers over the territory where the theme parks operate and prohibit the new board members from changing the terms. DeSantis claims the agreements were "designed to usurp the authority of the CFTOD board" and is requesting an investigation into potential civil and criminal violations.
