Border Patrol incident in Minneapolis prompts scrutiny over use of force

Witnesses recorded a U.S. Border Patrol agent kneeing a man in the face at least five times while other agents pinned him down in south Minneapolis. The man was detained and transported to a hospital; the incident occurs amid a larger federal immigration enforcement presence in Minnesota that has drawn protests and a state lawsuit led by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison against the federal agents and the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for alleged unlawful arrests and use of force.
