Arizona AG Stands Firm on Fake Electors Case

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has stated she will not drop the criminal case against Trump allies accused of attempting to overturn the 2020 election results in Arizona. A state grand jury charged over a dozen individuals, including Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows, for allegedly trying to send alternate electors to the Electoral College. All defendants have pleaded not guilty, and the trial is set for 2026, despite efforts to dismiss the case.
