Safe options include plain sweet potatoes, potatoes, apples (without seeds and core), plain turkey meat (without seasoning, skin, and bones), green beans, peas, and plain pumpkin or pumpkin puree. Foods to avoid giving to dogs include turkey bones, skin, and gravy, stuffing, casseroles, mashed potatoes, creamed peas, chocolate, cookies, pies, sweets, raisins, grapes, onions, garlic, ham, yeast dough, fatty foods, and foods containing spices.
