Tragic Landslide in Wrangell, Alaska Claims Lives and Leaves Others Missing

A landslide struck homes in Wrangell, Alaska, killing three people, including a girl, and leaving at least three others missing. The landslide, estimated to be 450 feet wide, crossed a roadway and smashed into three single-family homes. Rescue efforts are being led by Alaska State Troopers, with assistance from the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Forest Service.
