Maine Wind Storm Causes Massive Power Outages and River Flooding

Thousands of people in central Maine remain without power as recovery efforts begin following a powerful storm that caused flooding and widespread damage. The Kennebec River has breached its banks, leading to road closures and voluntary evacuations in some areas. The river is expected to rise to levels not seen in 25 years.
