"Florida Governor's Mansion Hit by 100-Year-Old Oak Tree During Hurricane Idalia"

Casey DeSantis, the first lady of Florida, revealed that a 100-year-old oak tree fell on the governor's mansion while she and her children were at home during Hurricane Idalia. The tree split in two and draped over part of the historic home, but thankfully no one was injured. Hurricane Idalia made landfall in Florida as a Category 3 storm and has since weakened to a Category 1 as it heads towards Georgia. The storm has caused power outages, downed trees, and flooding in some areas. President Biden has offered federal assistance to the affected states, and the governors of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina have declared states of emergency.
