Texas Governor and Senator address deadly tornado in Perryton.

Governor Greg Abbott and Senator Ted Cruz addressed the deadly tornado that hit Perryton, Texas, killing three and injuring dozens. Governor Abbott signed the Disaster Declaration for Ochiltree and Cass counties, summoning all the powers and assistance the state can provide to accelerate the rebuilding process. Senator Cruz spoke on walking down the Main Street of Perryton, with buildings over 100 years old damaged from the storm. The state resources are not leaving, and their teams will stay in Perryton to help support the families as the town rebuilds. Another round of severe storms is expected Saturday evening.
