Multiple Earthquakes Shake Northern California, Including During Live TV Broadcast.

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit near Lake Almanor, northeast of Chico, and was felt all over the Sacramento Valley. The quake disrupted a Nevada County Planning Commission meeting and caused bottles to fall at a liquor store near the epicenter. There have been no reports of injuries or structural damage. Experts say there is a small chance of a larger earthquake in the next three days.
