CPD handles disruptive crowd in Loop.

Hundreds of rowdy teenagers gathered in Chicago's Loop, causing chaos and leading to the shooting of two teenage boys. Multiple teens were arrested, and police responded with a heavy presence. The shooting comes after a 14-year-old boy was shot at another gathering the night before. Social media posts promoting fights in the Loop have been seen, but police have no clue how it started. Pink, Orange, Brown, and Green line trains were disrupted, but service was restored around midnight.
