$27M Settlement Reached in Fatal School Punching Incident

Two 14-year-old boys pleaded guilty to charges of manslaughter and assault in juvenile court and were sentenced to 47 days in jail. The Stolz family filed a wrongful death lawsuit, claiming that the school did not take appropriate action to stop the bullying despite Diego's complaints.
