Red Pine Estates Residents Forced to Leave Due to Safety Concerns, Beltrami County Considers New Jail Site

Residents of Red Pine Estates in Bemidji have been ordered to vacate the apartment complex by July 6 due to concerns about the structural safety of the building. The order comes after two separate structural engineers were unable to determine if the building was safe or unsafe. The owners of Red Pine Estates are working with residents and city officials to ensure their safety and comply with the evacuation order.
