Deputy Rescues Trapped 6-Month-Old Baby from Fatal Car Crash

Deputy Sgt. Dave Musgrove of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office saved the life of a 6-month-old baby trapped in a car after a high-speed motorcycle collision. Despite the chaotic scene, he performed chest compressions on the infant, who initially had no pulse and wasn't breathing, until the child finally inhaled deeply. Thanks to his quick actions, the baby is alive and receiving treatment, while the mother and another child involved in the crash are also doing well.
