U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert underwent surgery for an acute blood clot in her leg and was diagnosed with May-Thurner Syndrome, a vascular condition. She assured that it won't affect her congressional duties and is expected to make a full recovery. The surgery took place at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, and Boebert, a member of the far right of the Republican Party, is looking forward to returning to Congress after her recovery.
