Hazmat Incidents Plague Philadelphia Neighborhoods

A man has died and a woman and baby have been taken to the hospital following a hazmat incident in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. The cause of the man's death and the injuries to the other victims are unknown. First responders found three people with a white substance on their faces. The area has a heavy police and fire presence, with portions of Frankford and Cottman avenues shut down.
