Arnold Schwarzenegger filled what he thought was a pothole in his Los Angeles neighborhood, but it turned out to be a service trench related to active, permitted work being performed by SoCal Gas. The gas company has already completed an upgrade on a pipeline in January and applied for temporary paving over the excavation. While officials addressed the first hole, the actor further highlighted that the second hole is yet to be addressed.
